Refund Policy

1. Service Satisfaction

At Fred Stevensons Lakeville Golf, we take pride in our workmanship and stand behind the quality of our services. Our goal is your complete satisfaction with every interaction.

2. Repair Services

We offer a 30-day warranty on all repair work. If you experience any issues related to our repair service within 30 days of completion, we will inspect and correct the problem at no additional charge. This warranty covers work performed by our technicians but does not cover new damage or normal wear.

3. Custom Club Builds

Custom-built clubs include a one-year warranty on assembly. If any component fails due to improper assembly within one year, we will repair or replace the affected component at no charge.

4. Refund Eligibility

Refunds may be available in the following circumstances:

• Services paid for but not yet rendered may be refunded upon request
• Component parts that are unused and unopened may be returned within 14 days of purchase
• Custom-ordered components that have not yet been installed may be cancelled with partial refund (minus any non-refundable deposits)

5. Non-Refundable Items

The following are non-refundable:

• Services already completed to your satisfaction
• Grip installation (once completed)
• Custom-ordered parts that have been specially sourced for your order
• Sale items or discounted services

6. Warranty Claims

To make a warranty claim, please bring your clubs back to our shop along with your receipt. Our technicians will evaluate the issue and determine if it falls under warranty coverage.

7. Payment Terms

Payment is due upon completion of services. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. For custom club builds, a deposit of 50% is required before work begins.
